Baking & Spices<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\u00bd tbsp. of Sea salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1tbsp of: paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 box of penne pasta<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Oils & Vinegars<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n\u00bd cup of olive oil<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Directions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n- Mix dry spices with jerk sauce and honey. Rub mixture onto salmon and grill for 5-6 minutes on both sides.<\/li>
- Boil penne until cooked to liking.<\/li>
- In a separate pan add sliced peppers, onion, garlic and jerk sauce. Allow to stew for 3-5 minutes before adding heavy cream to pan. Once noodles are cooked add to sauce pan with cream.<\/li>
- Add your cilantro, green onion, thyme and cheeses. <\/li>
