1 Garlic clove
½ bag of Arugula
½ cup of assorted cherry tomatoes
¼ cup of red onion
Condiments
1 tbsp. Mild jerk sauce
¼ cup of favorite dressing
Baking & Spices
½ tsp of Sea salt
Red pepper flakes to taste
1 tbsp. dried parsley
Oils & Vinegar
½ cup of olive oil
Directions
- Cut salmon into cubes and season with salt, pepper, jerk sauce and seasoning oil (garlic, olive oil and dried parsley).
- Bake at 450 degrees for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Arrange salad once salmon reaches a temperature range of 125 to 130 degrees Fahrenheit.
