1 pack of Puff pastry dough
Directions
- Clean and prepare seafood meat and produce.
- Sear garlic in oil and add onions, and mixed peppers. Cook down for 3-5 minutes in jerk sauce
- Add cooked chicken and raw shrimp and cook down for 2-3 minutes
- Toss in spinach and cook for 3-5 minutes. Let fill-in sit and cook for 5-10 minutes.
- Roll puff pastry out into a 6-8 inch rectangle. Cut 1 ½ inch slices leaving middle still intact
- Add cheese to the center before adding filling. Once cheese and filling has been added braid strips on top of each other
- Bake at 400 degrees F for 15 minutes
- Combine garlic, pepper flakes, parsley and oil into a bowl and base on top of pastry before serving
