Ingredients

2 lobster tails (1 per person)
Produce
1 tbs. of garlic paste
1 green onion
1 cup of mixed cabbage
Protein
1 egg
Baking & Spices
1 tsp of sea salt
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of onion powder
1 tsp of ginger powder
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. sesame seeds
1 cup of corn starch
Condiments
½ cup of teriyaki sauce
½ cup of Yum Yum sauce (Spicy Mayo can be used as substitution)
Oils & Vinegars
½ cup of sesame seed oil
Directions
- Clean shrimp and produce. Remove lobster from shell.
- Add all dry spices to season your lobster.
- In one bowl add an egg 1tsp of: garlic powder, salt, onion powder and whisk together.
- In another bowl mix cornstarch with 1tsp: of salt, garlic powder, ginger powder and paprika.
- Fist dip lobster in egg mixture and allow excess to fall. Then dip lobster in cornstarch mixture.
- In a sauce pan add oil and fry for 3-5 minutes or until golden.
- Remove fried lobster and coat with teriyaki sauce green onion (scallions) and sesame seeds.
- Cut wonton skins into perfect squares and fry into taco shape.
- Place teriyaki lobster into each taco shaped wonton and add cabbage that has been mixed with Yum Yum sauce.
- Feel free to drizzle more sauce and sesame seeds to garnish and ENJOY!
