2-3 ripe bananas

1 medium egg

1/3 cup of butter
Baking & Spices
1 pinch of salt
1 cup of sugar
½ tsp of baking soda
¼ tsp of baking powder
½ cinnamon
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 ½ cup or all-purpose flour
Directions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Butter and line loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Peel and mash your ripe bananas in a mixing bowl. Stir in melted butter, vanilla, and your beaten egg.
- In a separate bowl combine dry ingredients and slowly begin to incorporating dry ingredients with wet ingredients.
- Pour batter into your prepared loaf pan and bake for 45-60 minutes or until toothpick is dry.
- Remove from the oven and let rest at room temperature for 3-5mins.
- Cut into desired slices and add caramel drizzle and/or butter. Enjoy!
