3 cups of all-purpose flour
1 tsp. salt
1 cup of brown sugar
Liquids
1 ½ cups vegetable oil
½ cup of bourbon
Directions
- Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- Peel, core and cube apples
- Combine sugar, oil, vanilla extract, eggs and blend
- Add flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon and mix until thick consistency
- Stir in apples and bourbon
- To a floured and buttered Bundt pan add mixture bake for 55-70 minutes
- Cool for 15-20 minutes
