Cilantro- amount based on preference
¼ cup of mixed peppers (red & green)
½ onion
Baking & Spices
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. onion powder
1 tsp. garlic powder
1 tsp. red pepper flakes
1 tsp. salt
Directions
- Clean your seafood and produce.
- Season shrimp with all spices listed.
- Sear produce for 2-3 minutes
- Add shrimp and cook for another 3-7 minutes
- Slice avocado in half. Include cuts within each half to make eating easier
- Sprinkle additional cumin on avocado before adding shrimp and veggies on top
- Add additional cilantro and red onions
