5-10 uncooked deveined shrimp

1 cup of Kale
1 cup of Cucumber
1 cup of Broccoli
4-6 pieces of Bok choy
½ Avocado
1 green Onion
½ cup of Cilantro
½ Lemon
Condiments and Oils
1 cup of sweet teriyaki sauce
½ cup of sesame oil
Baking & Spices
½ tsp of Sea salt
Red pepper flakes to taste
1 tbsp. dried parsley, paprika, garlic & onion powder
1tbsp. sesame seeds
Grain
1 cup of cooked white rice
Directions
- Combine dried spices to vegetables and shrimp before grilling. Lightly spray with cooking oil before adding to the grill.
- Grill shrimp and vegetables for 2-3 minutes on each side.
- Add grilled shrimp and vegetables to a bowl with cooked white rice.
- Combine teriyaki sauce and sesame oil and pour over rice and shrimp.
- Sprinkle green onion, cilantro and sesame seeds. Enjoy!
