Ingredients

6 oz. of Salmon
Produce
1 green, red and yellow pepper
3 garlic cloves
1 green scallion
½ cup of cilantro
1 onion
1 bunch of thyme
Dairy
1 pint of heavy cream
1 stick of butter
1 cup of parmesan cheese
Condiments
2 tbsp. mild jerk sauce
¼ cup of honey
Baking & Spices
½ tbsp. of Sea salt
1tbsp of: paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt
1 box of penne pasta
Oils & Vinegars
½ cup of olive oil
Directions
- Mix dry spices with jerk sauce and honey. Rub mixture onto salmon and grill for 5-6 minutes on both sides.
- Boil penne until cooked to liking.
- In a separate pan add sliced peppers, onion, garlic and jerk sauce. Allow to stew for 3-5 minutes before adding heavy cream to pan. Once noodles are cooked add to sauce pan with cream.
- Add your cilantro, green onion, thyme and cheeses.
- Once sauce is creamy and noodles are coated serve and Enjoy!
