-Jumbo Shrimp

-Crab Legs
– Lobster Claws
Veg:
-Corn
-Asparagus
-Sweet Peppers
-Cilantro
Meats:
Andouille sausage
Additional Seasoning
-3 sticks of butter
-Old Bay
-Garlic Powder
-Onion Powder
-Pepper Flakes
Directions:
-Create your butter sauce by combining 3 sticks
of melted butter, cilantro, old bay, pepper flakes, onion and garlic powder.
– Add butter sauce to vegetables and seafood then
add each to the grill. *Optional: I cut corn into ribs using a kitchen tenderizer/hammer.
-You may prefer to steam seafood instead of
grilling; both options are great however grilled vegetables are my preferred option.
– Add extra butter sauce and Enjoy!
