Ingredients

6 oz. of medium shrimp

1 avocado
½ red onion
½ red cabbage (optional for crunch)
¼ cup of cilantro
1 green onion (scallion)
Condiments
1 cup of sour cream
¼ cup of street taco green sauce
Baking & Spices
1 bag of small tortillas
1tbsp of: paprika, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt
Oils & Vinegars
½ cup of olive oil
Directions
- Add dry spices to clean and deveined shrimp then fry in olive oil, 2-3 minutes each side.
- Lightly fry tortillas until golden and bubbly
- In a bowl mix sour cream and street taco sauce.
- In a separate bowl mash avocado, cilantro, scallions and red onions.
- Spread guacamole onto toasted tortillas, add red cabbage, and shrimp.
- Drizzle sour cream mixture onto shrimp and feel free to add more cilantro on top. Enjoy!
